Transparent exopolymer particles measured monthly in the Zeeschelde at 11 stations, independently of the tidal phase and spring/neap cycle. more

Bucket samples at the water surface were taken once a month at each station to estimate the TEP concentration. To determine the TEP concentration, we followed the colorimetric method described in Claquin et al. (2008), which is adapted from Passow and Alldredge (1995b).
